What We’re Looking For


Travelpro is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to support and execute marketing initiatives across key retail and distribution channels. This role is responsible for bringing the brand to life at the point of sale, aligning marketing strategy with channel execution, and partnering cross-functionally to drive revenue and enhance the customer experience.


What You’ll Do


In this role, you will support the development and execution of trade and channel marketing strategies while ensuring strong alignment with Sales and Marketing priorities.

  • Execute trade and channel marketing strategies aligned with business objectives 
  • Support the development and rollout of channel-specific campaigns and promotions 
  • Partner with Sales teams to align on account needs, promotional calendars, and go-to-market plans 
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to inform recommendations 
  • Track and report on campaign performance, sales impact, and ROI 
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality brand execution across retail, in-store, and digital environments 
  • Manage relationships with channel partners to support execution and performance 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, Product, and Digital teams 
  • Support project management, including timelines, deliverables, and campaign execution 
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  


What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 5–7 years of experience in trade marketing, channel marketing, or a related field 
  • Strong understanding of retail environments, customer behavior, and channel strategy 
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
