Jones Edmunds & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Administrative Coordinator to provide advanced administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team. This role supports HR coordination, employee services, HRIS administration, recruiting logistics, and employee engagement initiatives while ensuring a high-quality employee experience.
What You'll Do:
- Provide high-level administrative support to HR leadership and staff
- Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS system
- Prepare HR correspondence, reports, forms, and presentations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for general HR inquiries
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities
- Coordinate recruiting activities including interview scheduling
- Maintain HR personnel files and records
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives
Employee Engagement & Event Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing employee events and training sessions
- Manage event logistics including vendors, catering, and supplies
- Track event budgets, invoices, and expenses
- Collect feedback and recommend improvements
Who You Are:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources
- Experience working with HRIS systems preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
