Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of a wide range of corporate and promotional events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, collaborating with teams, and contributing to the seamless delivery of high-quality events.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of events from concept through completion
  • Support logistical planning including venue selection, scheduling, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Prepare materials, presentations, and event documentation
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations
  • Track event performance and assist with post-event reporting
