What You’ll Do (At-a-Glance)
Lead the Branch
- Own branch performance, growth strategy, and operations
- Build and execute a local business plan
- Align clinical, operational, and sales efforts
Build & Develop Your Team
- Recruit, hire, and retain top clinical talent
- Coach and develop staff for high performance
- Foster a strong, accountable, and collaborative culture
Drive Results & Patient Experience
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality outcomes
- Partner cross-functionally to grow market share
- Improve patient satisfaction and care delivery
What You Bring
- Active, unencumbered Florida RN license (required)
- 1+ year leadership experience in home health (Supervisor or DON level)
- Strong understanding of home health regulations & compliance
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
