Requirements

 Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival

- Provide accurate estimates for collision repair services

- Handle incoming phone calls efficiently, addressing customer inquiries and scheduling appointments

- Give timely status updates to customers regarding their vehicle repairs

- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, appointment scheduling, and document management

- Support team members in maintaining a smooth workflow and excellent customer service standards


Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to handle phone calls professionally and courteously

- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with scheduling and estimating software

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
