Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Radiology Supervisor for a full-time onsite role in Boston, Massachusetts within a diagnostic radiology department.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Provides technical and administrative support within radiology department
• Works under supervision of Chief Technologist of Operations and Radiology Administration Director
• Supports departmental workflow and patient care operations

SCHEDULE
• Full-time position
• Evening hours

ROLE
• Review work schedules and assign duties to staff
• Maintain patient flow and production goals
• Oversee staff in operation of imaging equipment
• Evaluate image quality and accuracy
• Provide technical assistance to staff
• Demonstrate new techniques, equipment, and procedures

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Salary Range: $71,510 – $104,000
• $15,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $5,000 relocation reimbursement
• Full relocation package available
• Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, and paid time off

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Radiologic Technologist REQUIRED
• ARRT certified and registered in Radiography R.T.(R) REQUIRED
• Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license REQUIRED
• BLS/CPR certification REQUIRED
• Completion of two years post-high school training in Radiologic Technology REQUIRED
• Supervisory experience preferred
