Egypt Education Platform is seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Secondary School to lead and inspire our secondary education division for the academic year 2026-2027. This role will be central to driving academic excellence, fostering a positive school culture, and managing all secondary school operations in alignment with our mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for the Secondary School, ensuring the implementation of effective teaching and learning practices.
- Lead, mentor, and develop secondary staff to optimize student achievement and professional growth.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and execute school-wide initiatives and policies.
- Manage curriculum development and assessment processes, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
- Promote student wellbeing, safeguarding, and inclusion throughout the secondary school.
- Oversee admissions, budgeting, and resource allocation for the secondary division.
- Engage with parents, community stakeholders, and external partners to foster positive relationships and support for the school.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of teaching experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within secondary education.
- Proven experience in curriculum planning, staff management, and school operations.
- Knowledge of local and international educational standards and accreditation processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
- Experience in international or semi-international schools is an advantage.
