In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer support to Spanish-speaking clients, assisting with product inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and service-related questions. Your expertise will help ensure customer satisfaction and drive the adoption of smart home technologies.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service in Spanish for smart home technology products and services
- Assist with product setup, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues
- Guide customers through product features and usage to maximize satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and technical details thoroughly in CRM systems
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Stay informed about the latest developments and trends in smart home technology
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece
- Strong customer service skills with a technical aptitude
- Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in smart home technology or related sectors
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools
