Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Travel Company based in Athens, with a fully paid relocation package. In this engaging role, you will provide excellent support to Spanish-speaking travelers, assisting them with their travel bookings, inquiries, and ensuring memorable travel experiences.

Your fluency in Spanish will enable you to effectively communicate with clients, manage reservations, handle customer concerns, and provide tailored travel advice. You will be a key part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service within the travel industry.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service in Spanish for travel bookings and inquiries
  • Assist customers with travel arrangements, itinerary changes, cancellations, and special requests
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
  • Accurately document customer interactions and bookings in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with travel partners to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Gather customer feedback to help enhance travel services
  • Stay informed about travel industry trends and destination updates
  • Fluency in Spanish and English with excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in travel or hospitality, is preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens with support from the company
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
