Mercier Consultancy is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client’s Online Marketplace team, with relocation to Greece. In this key role, you will provide top-tier support to Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with their online marketplace inquiries and transactions.
Your fluency in Spanish will enable you to effectively communicate with clients, help resolve issues, and ensure seamless interactions within the online marketplace platform. Your role will be vital in delivering excellent customer experiences and supporting our company’s growth.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service in Spanish channels regarding online marketplace inquiries
- Assist customers with product listings, order processing, payments, and dispute resolution
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Accurately document customer interactions and cases in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Gather and relay customer feedback for continuous service improvement
- Stay updated on marketplace policies, features, and industry trends
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter
- Strong customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within online marketplaces or e-commerce
- Able and willing to relocate to Greece
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple customer issues efficiently
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM platforms is advantageous
