The Colliers Engineering and Design team specialises in civil, infrastructure, water engineering, town planning and urban design. Key services provided to developers in this service line include site assessment and due diligence, planning approvals and engineering design through to completion of construction.

Job Description

This is an Adelaide‑based position will require the successful candidate to relocate.

We are seeking a talented Senior Engineer, Civil to join our dynamic and growing team at our Adelaide office. In this role, you will report directly to the Principal and lead a project delivery team, driving the successful execution of projects to meet client expectations.

Specifically:

  • Manage and deliver projects from due diligence through to development application, co-ordination of designs and contract administration
  • Develop relationships with clients and improve/maintain existing client relationships
  • Assist Principal Engineers with forecasted workloads to meet project deliverables
  • Contribute to sustainable profit generation and growth
  • Manage commercial risk and demonstrate responsible judgement

  • Proven experience planning and managing projects through involvement in all stages of project delivery
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
  • Experience budgeting, commercial acumen, and risk management
  • High level industry awareness and engagement
