Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team. As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of various events, ranging from conferences and concerts to sports events and corporate gatherings. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, assist attendees, and support event organizers in managing logistics efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up event venues including arranging furniture and equipment.
• Welcome and register guests, providing information and addressing inquiries.
• Manage crowd control and ensure the safety and security of attendees.
• Coordinate with vendors, performers, and other event staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Distribute event materials such as programs, badges, or promotional items.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during events.
• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
