About the Role
<div>Duties and Responsibilities: (but not limited to)</div><div><br></div><ul><li>Preparing payroll, including PTO management and tracking and hand-off to AP</li><li>Assisting all managers/leaders with tracking digital punch-in and punch-outs for our staff and monitoring Overtime and irregularities</li><li>Tracking department benefits and expenses</li><li>Sending goodie bags for birthdays and anniversaries</li><li>Planning and preparing KY quarterly team building events for HQ team in KY</li><li>Assisting the CEO with sensitive matters, including regular email inbox cleanup and maintenance. </li><li>Handling employee relations</li><li>Preparing offer letters</li></ul><div><br></div><div>Work schedule: 10AM to 2PM US Eastern time</div>
