ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of an experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly expanding team. Account Specific Roles and Responsibilities:

Document Management and Data Entry

Process documents uploaded into the Brightree Document Management System.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of uploaded records.

Maintain organized digital filing systems for quick retrieval and compliance purposes.

Billing and Payment Posting

Post incoming payments and process billing activities in the Brightree system.

Verify and reconcile payment entries to ensure accuracy.

Address discrepancies in payments or billing issues promptly.

Fax Processing

Monitor and manage a shared inbox for incoming fax requests.

Categorize faxes based on their nature (e.g., pickup requests, renewals, changes).

Assign priority levels to faxes and ensure timely processing based on urgency.

At least 6 months experience in a Healthcare Account (US Healthcare Insurance)
Must have experience using and windows based medical software (Brightree, Apachetta, Etc.)
Proficient in using MS Excel
Good verbal and written English communication skills
Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
Amenable working night shift
