Job Description
Job Purpose
Provide on-site technical support to airlines operating the Airbus A321XLR, ensuring safe operations, quick issue resolution, and high aircraft availability.
Main Responsibilities
- Technical support
- Assist airline maintenance teams with troubleshooting and repairs
- Provide guidance on aircraft systems and procedures
- On-site representation
- Act as the link between the airline and Customer
- Support entry-into-service and early operations
- Issue resolution
- Analyze technical problems and coordinate solutions
- Escalate complex issues to engineering teams
- Operational support
- Help minimize Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations
- Support maintenance planning and best practices
- Documentation & reporting
- Prepare technical reports and track recurring issues
- Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations
- Training & guidance
- Provide basic on-the-job training to airline staff
- Share updates on new procedures or modifications
Qualifications
- Experience in aircraft maintenance or engineering (Airbus narrow-body preferred)
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and troubleshooting
- Background in airline or MRO environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel or be based at customer site
