Your Role
Are you a natural problem-solver with a heart for travel? ✈️ As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be the bridge between international travelers and accommodation suppliers worldwide. Your Responsibilities
Be the Guide: Listen to and identify customer needs to provide the best solutions. 📞
Mediate with Care: Act as the link between travelers and suppliers to ensure top-tier service. 🌍
Solve & Support: Clarify inquiries about services, payments, and technical steps via email and phone. 📧
Keep it Accurate: Follow set processes to provide precise information every time. ✅
Requirements
Language Skills: Native-level Slovenian (C2) and excellent English (C1). 🗣️
Communication Pro: Great interpersonal skills, both written and spoken. ✍️
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Office 365 and CRM databases. 💻
Mindset: Positive, motivated, and ready to handle tricky situations with a smile! 😊
Team Player: You enjoy collaborating and are open to changing priorities. 🤝
