What We're Looking For:

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the revenue operations, including data management to sales strategy development, ensuring revenue growth and helping the company to achieve its financial goals.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive growth

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to inform strategic decisions

  • Support go-to-market strategies and expansion plans by collaborating with cross-functional teams

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to foster collaboration

  • Track industry trends and recommend actionable growth initiatives

  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue trends to identify improvement areas

  • Prepare dashboards, forecasts, and reports for leadership to support data-driven decisions

  • Manage and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM) to enhance sales processes

  • Improve sales workflows and operational efficiency through process analysis and redesign

  • Support territory planning, quota setting, and incentive programs to align sales goals

  • Utilize BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to generate insights and support strategic planning
