We are seeking dynamic and motivated Automotive Sales Professionals to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, showcase high-quality vehicles, and drive sales growth through proactive outreach and excellent customer support. Duties

  • Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, B2B sales, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads, following up diligently, and closing deals effectively
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, inventory management, and sales progress
  • Conduct high-end sales negotiations, upselling additional vehicle features or services to maximize revenue
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and maintaining professional communication skills including phone etiquette
  • Support inventory control efforts by monitoring vehicle availability and coordinating with marketing teams for promotional activities
  • Deliver compelling product presentations through public speaking skills and demonstrate vehicle features confidently

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or dealership environments with a strong understanding of automotive inventory management
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable
  • Demonstrated success in outside sales, cold calling, and outbound sales strategies
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline effectively
  • Proficiency with CRM software and retail math to analyze sales data and forecast performance
  • Skilled in negotiation, upselling, and B2B sales techniques to close high-value deals
  • Experience in sales management or supporting dealership operations is a plus
  • Exceptional customer service orientation combined with professional phone etiquette and public speaking abilities
  • Professional appearance
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening
