We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position(s) in the Student Affairs Office:



Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:

  • Provide administrative support for the Mental Health First Aid course, including conducting class visits, taking attendance, issuing certificates, and performing other related logistical and clerical tasks;
  • Perform general administrative support to different community engagement projects and activities under the Student Enrichment Programmes Section;
  • Assist in compiling statistical reports and maintaining databases;
  • Handle enquiries from students and course instructors, and provide follow-up support and coordination as needed; and
  • Performing any other duties as assigned. 

     

     

     

    The appointee may be required to work outside normal office hours when necessary.

     

     


    Candidates


    Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

     

     

  • At least 5 subjects with Level 2 in HKDSE or equivalent, including Chinese, English & Mathematics, preferably with a recognised degree;
  • Self-motivated and a good team player;
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  • Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Word, Excel); and
  • Knowledge and skills in youth work are advantageous.

     

     

     

     

    Terms and Conditions for Appointment
    Successful candidate will be appointed on a temporary full-time contract.  Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.
