About the Role

We’re hiring a Commercial Kitchen Oil Technician to join our Cincinnati team! This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance, business needs, and reliability.

In this mobile, route-based position, you will service commercial kitchens throughout the Greater Cincinnati Area and Northern Kentucky area, performing fryer oil management, oil filtration, and equipment cleaning using specialized tools and a company vehicle.

If you enjoy early mornings, hands-on work, independence, and interacting with customers, this role provides a stable entry point with room to grow.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Must live in either the Greater Cincinnati Area OR Northern Kentucky (e.g., Covington, Newport, Florence, Erlanger, and surrounding communities)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, independent, and able to manage a route
• Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools
• Willing to work early mornings (3:00 AM start time)
• Physically capable — able to lift/push/pull up to 45 lbs
• Solid problem-solving skills and steady under pressure
• Works well with a variety of customers and coworkers
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Smartphone required (for company applications)
• High school diploma or GED
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
