Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on unsold leads and service opportunities to convert them into booked jobs.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email to recommend solutions and close sales.
  • Present service options and explain pricing, scope of work, and available financing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM or dispatch software (e.g., ServiceTitan).
  • Coordinate with dispatch, technicians, and project managers to ensure smooth scheduling.
  • Meet or exceed individual and departmental sales goals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally at all times
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (some college or trade experience is a plus).
  • 1–2 years of inside sales, customer service, and call center experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient with CRM or service software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
