About the Role

Located in Marlborough, the Vineyard Operator supports seasonal activities across five vineyards and operates machinery under supervision, following company policies and SOPs. The role involves working safely and efficiently, managing priorities with guidance, and reporting any issues affecting quality, safety, or environmental standards. Flexibility is essential, with six-day weeks and extended hours when required.

What You'll Do:

•    Operate a range of vineyard machinery including tractors, harvesters and implements for mowing, mulching, trimming, and more.
•    Assist with harvest activities – machine and hand harvest.
•    Perform basic maintenance and pre-start checks.
•    Maintain safe work practices and complete hazard assessments.
•    Support continuous improvement and report issues promptly.
•    Work collaboratively to achieve quality and yield targets.
