About the Role

 

As a Community Physiotherapist, you will deliver evidence-based care to clients across the North Sydney (Ryde & Macquarie area). Your role involves supporting clients through the Support at Home and the Hospital Substitution Program, helping them achieve their goals and maintain independence.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver services to a diverse caseload, including orthopaedic, neurological, cardiorespiratory and gerontological clients.
• Help clients recover from injuries, surgery & acute or chronic conditions.
• Develop tailored exercise and rehabilitation programs
• Conduct mobility and falls prevention assessments
• Work closely with clients and families to achieve functional goals

 

 

About you

 

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
• Valid driver’s licence and insured vehicle
• Experience in community-based Physiotherapy or hospital setting desirable
