About the Role

Description

  •  The schedule would be Thursdays and Fridays from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with the potential for additional shifts at other locations as needed. 
  • Enforcement ambassadors provide customer service to residents, visitors and tourists and provide information pertaining to parking regulations and are responsible for enforcing parking regulations via digital citations.

Job requirements

  • Include being able to work outdoors,
  •  Moderate levels of standing, walking and sitting while driving golf cart or other vehicle. 
  • Other skills required include 
  • visual acuity to operate vehicles/golf carts and to see information on iPhone screens regarding parking payments. 
  • Candidate must be able to handle high stress situations and to clearly express or exchange information pertaining to parking regulations verbally in an acceptable customer service level. 
  • Must have clean driving record as driving record and background check will be completed.
