St. John Short Shop is looking for a motivated Part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team. If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding service, teamwork, and creating a positive atmosphere, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers, answer phones, and assist with product information.
Safely operate food prep equipment and process orders.
Handle POS transactions and accurately count change.
Help with inventory management, including unloading deliveries and stocking products.
Maintain store cleanliness, both inside and outside.
Follow all safety regulations and comply with state and federal laws.
Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
Adhere to company policies and maintain a clean, professional appearance.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous retail, convenience store, or management experience preferred.
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
