Description

St. John Short Shop is looking for a motivated Part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team. If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding service, teamwork, and creating a positive atmosphere, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, answer phones, and assist with product information.
     
  • Safely operate food prep equipment and process orders.
     
  • Handle POS transactions and accurately count change.
     
  • Help with inventory management, including unloading deliveries and stocking products.
     
  • Maintain store cleanliness, both inside and outside.
     
  • Follow all safety regulations and comply with state and federal laws.
     
  • Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
     
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain a clean, professional appearance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  
  • Previous retail, convenience store, or management experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
