Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations within our organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning and safety of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to maintenance management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and oversee maintenance policies, procedures, and schedules to ensure the reliability and safety of all facilities and equipment.

- Lead, train, and supervise maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.

- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and plan corrective actions.

- Manage maintenance budgets, procurement of parts and supplies, and ensure cost-effective operations.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental policies.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and work orders.

- Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs and project implementations.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing, facilities, or industrial environment.

- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues and implement effective solutions.

- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements.

- Proficiency in maintenance management software and MS Office Suite.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

- Relevant certifications or technical training in maintenance or engineering is preferred.
