About the team
Your mission
We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to give STARK a state of the art IT environment for its people to work on.Responsibilities
Be hands on, setting up IT infrastructure for hardware and software
Manage all software and hardware licences
Support setup of data pipelines
Work with teams to understand needs and build up our systems accordingly
Respond to technical issues or support required teams
Have an overview of the mgmt of our environment, but still able to get hands on and fix things
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing innovations to improve our products and processes
Dive deep into the details to identify, understand, and solve difficult technical problems
Constantly be challenging requirements to determine what adds value and what is not
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
Strong SysAdmin experience over multiple years
Tools such as Okta and Google Suite
Endpoint Management
Identity provisioning systems
Setting up and running servers
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with a strong drive for innovation and continuous improvement
Ability to travel as needed
