Job Description
Do you create serenity and rejuvenation with every touch — even behind closed doors? At Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam, we’re looking for a Spa Therapist to join our Spa & Wellness team and deliver exceptional treatments that leave our guests feeling relaxed, refreshed, and renewed.
Your role in the journey
As a Spa Therapist, you’ll provide a wide range of treatments and create a tranquil environment where guests can unwind and recharge. Your responsibilities include:
- Performing massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other specialized therapies.
- Consulting with guests to understand their needs and recommending suitable treatments.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and spa areas.
- Ensuring treatment rooms and relaxation spaces are well-stocked and organized.
- Educating guests about the benefits of spa therapies and suggesting at-home self-care routines.
- Optimizing product usage and minimizing waste.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring
- Certification in massages and spa treatments.
- Experience in a (hotel) spa is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- A proactive, motivated, and team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
- A solution-focused attitude and strong multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued.
