Our Housekeepers serve our conference center guests by creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces throughout our campus.
They bring God Glory by preparing guest rooms and common areas with care, ensuring a healthy and restful environment for all who stay with us. Housekeepers play a vital role in the guest experience and help set the tone for purposeful hospitality. Responsibilities
- Create a purposeful experience for guests by cleaning guest rooms according to schedules and procedures for new guests and stay overs.
- Maintain equipment and supplies used in performing tasks.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Requirements
- Commitment to Ridgecrest’s mission and values, demonstrating purposeful hospitality in all interactions.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean guest rooms and facilities thoroughly, consistently, and according to established standards.
- Ability to follow written cleaning procedures, schedules, and verbal instructions with accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and reliability, with the ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks efficiently.
- Ability to maintain cleaning equipment and supplies properly, reporting needs or issues promptly.
- Positive attitude and willingness to approach every task with a “make it better” mindset.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying schedules based on guest needs and conference center occupancy.
- Pleasant, tactful, courteous, and cooperative.
Qualifications
- 8th grade completion required
- Hospitality or service work experience (3 months minimum)
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly and up to 50 pounds at times.
- Good body mobility with good range of motion from floor level to overhead.
- Able to work in a variety of work areas.
- Work will include significant amounts of bending, stretching, kneeling, twisting, climbing, and lifting on a daily basis.
