Experience & Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and families while providing exceptional customer service
- Schedule appointments and manage daily front office workflow
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial discussions
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative duties
- Support a fun, kid-friendly environment for patients and parents
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, and scheduling systems preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
