About the Role
Responsible for the overall coordination of the Ambulatory Care Representative staff duties including serving as a subject matter expert on Point of Service Desk areas and operations. Oversees staff to ensure all functions and tasks associated with patient visits including sign-in, registration, insurance verification, scheduling, correlation of billing encounters to services provided are completed. Ensures communication to clinical team with all information that is pertinent to patient intake.

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Experience
1 year experience in Patient Access Required
5 years experience in a healthcare environment Required
General Experience in a leadership or administrative capacity Preferred
