About the Role

Accurate Group, an Industry leader in technology-driven appraisal management and title services to real estate finance providers nationwide, seeks an Industry Expert in the Mortgage Title and Valuation Field for a VP, National Account Sales Manager for its growing sales team. The primary role of an Account Manager is to drive sales growth and foster strong client relationships in collaboration with the executive team. As an integral part of the sales organization, you will identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand our market presence and achieve revenue targets. Your responsibilities will include developing new business opportunities from our established target list and managing additional accounts assigned to you.

A core focus of your efforts will be marketing and selling our suite of title and valuation products and services to a diverse client base, including regional and national banks, non-bank lenders, credit unions, and mortgage companies. Through a consultative sales approach, you will work to understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and position our organization as a trusted partner in their success.

In addition to generating new sales, you will cultivate long-term partnerships by delivering exceptional service, maintaining regular communication, and aligning our offerings with the evolving priorities of your clients. By staying informed about industry trends and competitive dynamics, you will contribute valuable insights to the organization and help shape strategies that drive sustained growth and client satisfaction.

As an Account Manager, your contributions will directly impact the organization’s success by enhancing our market share, building brand loyalty, and strengthening our reputation as a leader in the title and valuation industry. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and Execute Strategic Sales Plans
  • Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships
  • Contribute to Competitive Strategy and Organizational Growth
  • Manage Leads, Accounts, and Opportunities Using Salesforce
  • Optimize Sales Pipeline Management
  • Conduct Regular Reporting and Analysis
  • Collaborate Across Departments
  • Travel Required for key events and On-site Client visits (10-20 % Travel per month)

Successful candidates will have the following proven skills:

  • Minimum of four to ten years of experience in a Sales driven environment with proven results
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  •  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
  • Experience in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Outstanding organization and leadership abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, and public speaking skills
  • Must be able to effectively handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve the goals of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time/Remote

Salary: $75,000 - $250,000+  total compensation (base + commissions based on sales)

Schedule: Monday -Friday (8-hour shifts with extended shifts as needed)
