As the critical link between our Sales team and global carriers, you will manage the complexities of domestic and international logistics with precision. The Role: Impact & Responsibilities

In this office-based position, you will own all aspects of shipment processing, ensuring every order is documented accurately and shipped on time.

• Logistics Execution: Process domestic freight orders on carrier sites to generate precise Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping labels.
• The Freight Expert: Act as a liaison for the Sales team, securing and processing both international and domestic freight quotes.
• Global Export: Take the lead on generating essential international export documentation to ensure seamless border crossings.
• Strategic Support: Maintain a "team-first" mentality, providing general support and performing other duties as needed to meet shifting company priorities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Proven background in general shipping and warehousing.
• Technical Skill: Direct experience processing shipments on freight carrier sites is a must.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for effective collaboration.
• Mindset: A collaborative spirit and a drive to work within a stable, growing, and environmentally sensitive organization.

Work Schedule:

This is a Monday to Friday position. Estimated shift is between 7am and 4pm with some flexibility.
