Job Description
Manufacturing Software Sales Hunter | 📍 Remote | U.S. Based
CRD Careers is partnering with a rapidly growing global technology and digital transformation organization seeking a true enterprise sales hunter with deep experience selling into the manufacturing sector.
This is not an account management role. This is for someone who knows how to:
- open doors
- build C-level relationships
- navigate complex enterprise sales cycles
- and close multi-million-dollar consulting and IT services deals.
If you thrive on landing net-new logos, building strategic relationships, and driving large-scale revenue growth, this could be the move.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting through close
- Target manufacturing organizations across the U.S.
- Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and senior decision-makers
- Sell enterprise software, digital transformation, consulting, and IT services solutions
- Partner with presales, solution architects, and delivery teams to craft winning strategies
- Manage a high-value pipeline with annual revenue targets between $5M–$10M
Qualifications
What it takes to succeed:
- 10+ years of enterprise software or IT services sales experience
- 5+ years in a true hunter/new business development role
- Strong manufacturing industry experience
- Proven success closing large enterprise deals
- Experience selling consulting-led IT services solutions
- Ability to lead executive-level conversations
- Stable career history with strong tenure progression
- Must currently or previously work within IT services organizations, not software product-only companies
