Status: Full-Time, Exempt, Year-Round
Salary Range: $90,000–$100,000 per year

Position Overview
Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a visionary Executive Director to lead and grow our Mid-Atlantic Territory (which includes Pennsylvania and New Jersey).
This role oversees Regional Directors and their teams, ensuring high-quality, compliant operations while driving aggressive regional growth. The Executive Director will serve as the strategic builder, responsible for multi-state market expansion, leadership development, operational excellence, and sustainable revenue growth.

Core Leadership Responsibilities
Regional Growth & Market Expansion
- Lead strategic market expansion across the Pennsylvania and New Jersey regions
- Partner with school districts to secure new program locations and licensing agreements
- Collaborate with Regional Directors to ensure successful program launches
- Set multi-year growth targets and oversee execution across all states
- Strengthen Healthy Kids brand presence regionally
Growth Targets:
- Year 1: Minimum of 8 new locations
- Year 2+: Minimum of 12 new locations
Regional Operations & Oversight
- Provide strategic oversight of Regional Directors and their programs
- Ensure financial accountability, including budget adherence and payroll efficiency
- Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and organizational policies
- Monitor performance metrics and guide corrective actions as needed
- Maintain Healthy Kids’ “Consistent Excellence” curriculum across all sites
Leadership & Team Development
- Mentor, coach, and support Regional Directors in operational and strategic decision-making
- Build regional leadership capacity and succession plans
- Foster a results-driven, collaborative, and positive culture
- Serve on the Executive Team and Strategic Planning Team
- Promote professional development and career advancement for leaders and staff
Requirements
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of senior management experience
- 5–10 years in childcare, youth development, education, or similar industry
- Proven track record of multi-site or multi-region operational leadership
- History of driving revenue growth and operational excellence
- Strong financial acumen and strategic planning ability
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Early Childhood Education or related field)

- Ability to oversee multi-state operations and manage regional leaders effectively
