As a Counter Sales Professional you will interact directly with clients and service technicians, ensuring they receive the correct parts and accessories efficiently and accurately. You are skilled at fulfilling the needs of your clients and team and developing and achieving strategic initiatives on time. You can demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and commitment to teamwork.
As a Counter Sales Professional with Autobahn Fort Worth, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting and assisting clients in a courteous and professional manner, providing expert guidance on parts and accessories
- Parts Identification: Using catalogs, online systems, and manufacturer databases to identify parts needed for client repairs and service requests
- Order Processing: Accurately process parts orders, including ordering, receiving, and tracking parts to ensure timely delivery
- Parts Sales: Upselling parts, accessories, and services to clients
- Client Returns/Exchanges: Handling returns and exchanges of parts, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with dealership policies
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and prioritize work efficiently
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and repair processes
- Basic computer skills and experience using dealership or parts management software is a plus
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
- Willing to submit and pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
