Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dental Hygienist in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Dental Hygienist role focused on preventive care and patient education
• Stable clinical environment with full support staff provided
• Opportunity to collaborate closely with experienced dentists and clinical team
• Flexible scheduling with optional four-day work week available
• Mission-focused patient care environment prioritizing quality and consistency

COMPENSATION
• Hourly Pay: $45 – $48 per hour
• Stable full-time outpatient opportunity

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday schedule
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Optional four-day work week available
• No call responsibilities
• No weekends required

ROLE
• Apply sealants and fluorides to protect teeth
• Remove tartar, stains, and plaque from teeth
• Assess oral health conditions and report findings to dentists
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Document treatment plans and patient care accurately

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist license REQUIRED
• Preventive dental care experience preferred
• Strong patient education and communication skills REQUIRED
• Ability to collaborate effectively with dental providers REQUIRED
• Outpatient dental setting experience preferred
