As a Utilities Coordinator you will ensure the production and distribution of the auxiliary services (electricity, cooling, refrigeration, heating, nitrogen, etc) needed for the good the management of the various departments of the site (productions, administrative services, etc.), maintaining an optimal rate of availability, for a Minimal overall operating cost.

During production and distribution, ensure compliance with the safe operation, as well as the fulfilment of the objectives of the Environmental issues.

Core Responsibilities

• Leads, organizes, and supervises the work of their team. Participate in the development of Budget and control costs.
• Define and implement the human and material resources to enable everything to meet customer energy demand at Pedro Escobedo site.
• Initiate and implement any technical and organizational initiatives aimed at Optimize the total operating cost of the utilities area.
• Energy production and distribution
• Guarantee the daily production and distribution of all energies necessary for the proper functioning of the site facilities steam, water, hot air, compressed air, industrial water, methanol, recycled water, softened water, natural gas, nitrogen.
• Anticipate and define the master plan aimed at guaranteeing production and Optimal distribution of energy from the point of view of service and cost.
• Ensure maintenance and troubleshooting of all means of production and of the energy distribution of the site.
• Ensure the day-to-day management of primary energy supply contracts; Billing monitoring, continuous search to optimize the terms of the contract.
• Ensures regulatory oversight in your field.
• Define and oversee the regulatory program for facility inspections; Implement the necessary actions to correct discrepancies.

You?

• Bachelor's degree in technical engineering or related discipline.
• Plan engineering, auxiliary services or maintenance certification preferred.
• Overall work experience 4 to 5 years in manufacturing plants as maintenance engineer and/or auxiliary services engineer, preferable in the consumer goods industry.
• Thermal power plants, refrigeration, water treatment of thermal processes.
• Heating and air conditioning installations.
• Languages Spanish spoken and written English.
• Computer skills.
• Knowledge of automation, electricity, mechanics
