As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and creating products that reach consumers through supermarkets and foodservice channels.

You will be based in our site in Naarden and report directly to the Commercial Director Benelux.

 

In this exciting role you will

  • Achieve both top and bottom-line targets, growing our business in a profitable way with both existing and new accounts.
  • Use a consultative selling approach and demonstrate an excellent understanding of our customers' needs. Go beyond the obvious to deliver an outstanding customer experience to increase growth.
  • Use strategic thinking and practical, hands-on initiative to find and win new customers and business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams Work with our technical Flavour Creation & Application and marketing teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Personal and professional development Embrace an inspiring environment where creativity, commercial insights and technology intersect.

 

Your professional profile includes

  • Clear track-record of driving commercial success in B2B food industry
  • At least 7 years commercial experience (Preferably in flavors and specialized food ingredients)
  • Strategic and commercial insight Show an excellent grasp of the Benelux food market and use this knowledge to create business opportunities.
  • Acquisition-focused approach. Enthusiastic to achieve results and identifying new leads and converting opportunities into key wins.
  • Excellent social competencies Expert in communicating and negotiating with multiple partners on all levels.
  • Experienced in managing complexity combines attention to detail with a practical, hands-on approach to solving challenges.
  • Language proficiency Business Fluent in English, with knowledge of the Dutch language considered an advantage.
