Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner in Greenville, Pennsylvania.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient primary care role focused on caring for patients across the lifespan
• Structured weekday schedule with full clinical support staff provided
• Opportunity to practice autonomously within collaborative outpatient environment
• Travel between nearby clinic sites in Andover and Lewistown required
• Mission-driven healthcare organization focused on community-centered patient care

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $100,000+ based on experience
• Annual quality and productivity bonus
• Additional compensation available for prior RN experience
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday schedule
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Outpatient-only setting

ROLE
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages
• Perform assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and preventative care
• Deliver patient-centered care within collaborative outpatient setting
• Travel between Greenville, Andover, and Lewistown clinic locations
• Support continuity of care and long-term patient relationships

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Family Nurse Practitioner license REQUIRED
• Active Ohio Family Nurse Practitioner license REQUIRED

• Strong outpatient clinical and patient communication skills REQUIRED
• Comfortable traveling between nearby clinic locations REQUIRED
• Experienced providers and strong RN backgrounds encouraged
