To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a key professional to drive our processes, oversight, and synchronization across Solutions, R&D, and Product: Technical PMO & Solutions Operations.

This is an internal operations role designed to define and maintain our "production line." If you live and breathe Jira, know how to build complex automations in your sleep, and love creating precise work routines to enable scale your place is with us.

Responsibilities

• Jira Mastery: Architecture and setup of Jira workflows, advanced dashboards, and automations for full task oversight. 
• Resource Management: Planning and tracking capacity across R&D and DevOps to synchronize technical installations.
•  Process Management: Building work methodologies and playbooks to sync Sales, Solutions, and Product departments. 

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Technical PMO or Operations Manager 
•  Expert-level Jira skills: Proven experience in building workflows, automations, and complex dashboards. 
•  Technical understanding of the SDLC and system deployment (On-prem/Cloud). ✔️ Exceptional organizational skills, strict attention to detail, and the ability to drive cross-departmental processes.
