Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team.
In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle while working closely with international clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver top talent.

This is a client-facing role, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to represent the company professionally

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage to ensure successful and timely hires
  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
  • Source and attract high-quality candidates to build strong and consistent talent pipelines
  • Conduct interviews and candidate assessments to ensure the best fit for both client and role
  • Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to support client decision-making
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience to strengthen employer branding
  • Meet hiring targets and deadlines to support business growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment
  • Fluency in English is a MUST (spoken and written)
  • Experience using ATS or recruitment tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple roles
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience in a client-facing role is a plus
