About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment such as pumps, agitators, gearboxes, centrifuges, blowers, heat exchangers, valves, pipelines, reactors, ANFD,ANF, Blenders, ATFE,and utility systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical faults and carry out timely repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of new mechanical equipment and systems.
Maintain and repair HVAC mechanical components, compressed air systems, and water systems
Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with cGMP, GEP (Good Engineering Practices), and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities in logbooks, checklists, and maintenance management systems .
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives for repetitive failures or chronic issues.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and QA teams during audits and routine inspections.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the maintenance workshop and comply with 5S and safety standards.
Follow and enforce Lockout-Tagout (LOTO), permit-to-work, and other safety procedures.
