Junior IT Business Consultant CRM/Salesforce (m/f/d)

Your Mission
- You analyze and document business requirements to design and customize Salesforce solutions tailored to the needs of different business units.
- You create clear specifications and support internal Salesforce projects, including system integrations and smooth data migrations.
- You configure Salesforce reports, dashboards, workflows, Lightning components, and flows to implement effective solutions.
- You proactively advise business stakeholders on new solutions, optimizations, and best practices within the Salesforce landscape.
- You identify and drive process optimization opportunities to increase efficiency through Salesforce customization.
- You support end‑user training, monitor regulatory compliance, and ensure data quality through quality assurance measures.
Your Talents
- You have successfully completed a degree in (Business) Informatics or hold a comparable qualification.
- You have initial professional experience in consulting as well as in the administration, customization, and development of Salesforce applications.
- You demonstrate strong skills in requirements analysis and the customization of Salesforce solutions.
- Salesforce certifications and solid platform knowledge are considered an advantage.
- You work in a responsible and customer‑oriented manner and show a high level of commitment and flexibility.
- You have very good English language skills; knowledge of German is a plus.
