YOUR ROLE

Within the Global Talent and Performance team, you will evolve in a fast-growing, multicultural environment and contribute to building consistent, high-quality practices that help our people grow, perform and thrive globally.

The role operates within defined Group governance and collaborates closely with subject-matter owners, Head of Centers of Excellence, and HR Business Partners. The role reports to the Head of Talent & Performance.

In close partnership with HR stakeholders, you will lead and/or contribute to transformational projects that shape Edenred's talent ecosystem:

Manage Talent & Performance Campaigns

  • Prepare and deliver annual reviews, mid-year reviews, and talent reviews in alignment with Group frameworks, from preparation through execution and follow-up
  • Onboard, train, and support Business Unit stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Drive continuous improvement by proposing and implementing process enhancements, strengthening guidance materials, and supporting organizational adoption
  • Support the identification of follow-up actions for identified Group-level talents, in coordination with relevant stakeholders
  • Support local and regional HR on the rollout and alignment of similar development efforts for their respective talent populations, by sharing guidance, tools, and best practices

Actively contribute to the delivery of our HR strategic initiatives

  • Skills architecture
  • Contribute to te development, evolution, and maintenance of skills across all job families, in line with agreed Group principles and methodologies
  • Support the design and operationalization of the skills framework and partner with HRIS to oversee its implementation in Workday
  • Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of the Workday Career Hub
  • Support change management activities, analyze insights, and formulate recommendations to inform talent management decisions

  • Contribute to the redesign and activation of our internal mobility framework, including policy development and process optimization
  • Enhance data quality to enable robust mobility tracking and analytics
  • Elevate and sustain feedback practices through improved tools, trainings and cultural interventions

  • Lead or contribute to additional strategic talent management projects, aligned with priorities and personal areas of expertise
  • Continuously develop and enhance training programs, toolkits, self-service resources, and analytics dashboards that empower HR professionals, managers and employees across all talent management domains

YOUR PROFILE

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent, with 3-5 years of experience in HR roles exposing you to Talent Management, Performance, or HR Transformation topics in international environments.
  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end: structuring work, coordinating contributors, managing timelines, and driving delivery across multicultural and cross-functional contexts, with limited supervision.
  • Confident working with HR data and systems : able to analyze HR data, translate insights into visual documents or dashboards, identify trends or data quality issues and use insights to improve processes, support decisions, and guide stakeholders.
  • Experience with Workday is a plus
  • Strong attention to data quality, structure, and user experience, with a focus on making HR processes clear, usable, and meaningful for managers and employees.
  • Ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders (HR teams, HRIS partners, managers, and international counterparts) through a pragmatic, structured, and collaborative approach.
  • Comfortable operating in complex, high-visibility projects, taking initiative and maintaining momentum even when frameworks and governance are still forming.
  • Fluent in english
