What You'll Do:

• Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to nursing staff during the night shift.
• Serve as the highest-ranking clinical authority on-site, making decisions in alignment with facility policies and standards of care.
• Mentor, coach, and support team members, fostering a collaborative and resident-centered culture.

• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.

• Address staffing or scheduling concerns that arise during the shift, including call-offs or unexpected changes.
• Oversee admissions and readmissions occurring on the night shift, ensuring proper documentation, care coordination, and communication

• Collaborate with RNs, LPN's, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans.

• Communicate openly with residents, families, and team members to ensure continuity and quality of care

• Communicate concerns, trends, and recommendations to the Director of Nursing or Administrator to support continuous improvement

• Be the calming, confident presence that residents trust and families appreciate

Who You Are:

• A Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) currently licensed in the State of Michigan

• CPR certified and ready to jump into action when needed

• IV Certified preferred (but we’ll train the right candidate!)

• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) is a plus

• A team player with strong communication skills and a true heart for senior care

• Reliable, professional, and ready to bring your best to every shift
