Full Time 1st Shift Certified Nursing Assistants (CENA)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CENA) to provide direct patient care in a healthcare setting. The CENA will work under the supervision of registered nurses to assist patients with daily tasks and ensure their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Take and record vital signs
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Assist with mobility and transfers
Feed patients and assist with meal preparation
Clean and sanitize patient areas
Follow care plans and communicate any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a state-approved CENA training program
Current CENA certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Physical stamina and emotional resilience
