Description
In this role, you will:
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues both onsite and remotely
- Support collaboration platforms including Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, and Slack
- Configure and manage user devices using endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF, and SCCM
- Maintain IT asset records and support equipment lifecycle management
- Apply system updates, patches, and security configurations to maintain secure environments
- Support endpoint security initiatives including antivirus, encryption, and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Assist with user access and identity management activities
- Troubleshoot network-related issues including Wi-Fi, VPN, and VoIP systems
- Participate in system upgrades, cloud migrations, and technology deployment projects
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems engineering teams
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, procedures, and technical standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and IT best practices
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting end users and enterprise technology systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, JAMF, SCCM, or similar endpoint management tools
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Familiarity with endpoint security and compliance best practices
Your Work Schedule
This is a full-time, non-exempt position working Monday through Friday, day shift. Additional hours may occasionally be required to support operational needs and IT projects.
