Description
About Nellis Auction
Nellis Auction is one of the fastest-growing online auction companies in the US, connecting customers with thousands of quality items every week. Our warehouse team is the backbone of everything we do — from the moment inventory arrives to the second a winning bidder's order ships out. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a high-energy environment, we want you on the team.
Schedule
Multiple shifts available across weekdays and weekends. Hours range from 4:30 AM to 7:00 PM — offering flexibility for a wide range of lifestyles and commitments.
About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate at Nellis Auction, you'll rotate across three core functions that keep our operation running: Inventory Processing, Putaway, and Picking. You'll be cross-trained across all areas, making your skills more versatile and your day more dynamic. No two shifts are exactly alike.
What You'll Do
Inventory Processing: Inspect and list auction items accurately and honestly using our easy-to-learn software, write clear product descriptions that help customers bid with confidence, maintain personal throughput and quality KPIs, and use basic computer tools including iPhones and warehousing hand tools.
Putaway: Receive and scan inbound inventory using a handheld scanner, transport products from staging areas to their designated storage locations, ensure items are stored neatly and safely in accordance with company protocols, and accurately update inventory records while flagging any discrepancies or damaged goods to a supervisor.
Picking: Locate, scan, and consolidate outbound customer orders with speed and accuracy, verify that the correct items are matched to each order before shipment, ensure proper storage and handling of all items throughout the process, and support other warehouse departments as needed.
Across all functions, you will collaborate with teammates on large or heavy item handling, follow all safety guidelines and company procedures, and communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
You'll Thrive Here If You…
Take pride in accuracy and stay organized even when the pace picks up, are self-motivated and comfortable managing your own workflow, work well both independently and as part of a close-knit team, show up consistently and communicate proactively, enjoy variety and don't mind learning new systems quickly, and are a critical thinker who takes a proactive approach to solving problems on the floor.
What We Offer
Nellis Auction offers competitive pay with real career growth opportunities. Benefits include paid time off, sick pay, and holiday pay, paid parental leave, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan with a 4% company match after one year of employment.

Requirements
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential. Candidates must be self-motivated with the ability to meet performance standards and KPIs. Basic computer or handheld device proficiency for inventory tracking is required, along with comfort using iPhones and standard warehousing tools and equipment. Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person. Excellent communication, time management, and reliability are a must. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Physical Requirements
This is an active, physical role. Associates must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs frequently, and participate in team lifts for heavier items. The role requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, twisting, and stooping throughout shifts of 10 to 12 hours.
Extensive walking is required each shift. Associates must be able to climb ladders and step stools to access higher shelving, operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and handheld scanners, and work comfortably in an indoor warehouse environment where temperatures vary by season.
