Loch Harbour Group, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled PowerApps Developer to support enterprise application modernization, workflow automation, and business intelligence initiatives within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have experience developing scalable Microsoft Power Platform solutions, integrating enterprise data sources, and delivering data-driven insights that improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
The PowerApps Developer will work closely with stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable applications and reporting solutions leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Canvas and Model-Driven applications using Microsoft Power Apps to streamline business operations and improve user experience.
- Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and optimize Dataverse data models to support enterprise-level business applications and integrations.
- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards, visualizations, and reports to provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.
- Create advanced DAX measures, calculated columns, KPIs, and data models to support enterprise analytics and reporting requirements.
- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and manage Power BI workspace governance to ensure secure and compliant access to organizational data.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SQL Server, Dataverse, and external systems using REST APIs, custom connectors, and third-party integrations.
- Connect and transform data from multiple enterprise data sources including SharePoint, SQL Server, Dataverse, and external APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Support Agile software development activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance optimization for deployed applications, workflows, and reporting solutions.
- Document technical designs, workflows, configurations, and deployment procedures in accordance with organizational standards and best practices.
Requirements
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as engineering or mathematics:

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience
Required Technical Skills
- Atlassian Jira, Jira Service Management, Microsoft O365 Power Platform
- Experience with applying programming concepts in a professional or academic setting
- Experience with applying modern software development methodologies (e.g. agile, DEVOPS/DEVSECOPS) in a professional or academic setting
- Agile Developer certification or Certified Scrum Developer certification
- Python
